Lost a match and goes back to 0
When I won a game I got +23 rr, I lost a match and when back all the way down to 0. Shouldn't it have gone to 10? not 0?

How much RR did you lose? The amounts can change depending on the match.
I was at 0, then gained 23, then lost 13, but it didn't go to 10, it went all the way back down to 0
it doesnt stop at 10

probably one of ur older matches loading
all my matches loaded, I know that, I rather lost rr or gained rr every single time, might be a glitch
I think it is a glitch, and im angry that that happened
