Watch Paths option in nixpacks.toml
Is there a way to add the "Watch Paths" option (https://docs.railway.app/deploy/builds#watch-paths) in the nixpacks.toml config file (or any other file for that matter)
The end goal is that I want this option to exist on the codebase. Couldn't find anything in the docs
