i also got banned for no reason yesterday and for the past two days i was playing spike rush and i’m currently immo 3
and i’ve spent $1000 on the account

Additionally 3rd party software aren't just cheats/spoofs, they can be any 3rd party software that can interact with the game files

Some can. It depends if it falls within Riot's policies or not
Do u know if tracker network specifically will get u banned
VALORANT Tracker for example is currently not bannable. However if Riot or the tracker changes its policies to where they no longer comply with the policies, then you are at risk for ban
I don't know the trackers that do or dont conply with policies except for VALORANT Tracker
