MySQL v8 is just increasing on ram even when I'm not using it, is there a way to restart it ?

Is there a way to restart my mysql database? i can not find a way and the ram is increasing day after day

also, how can I limit the ram, or set off the performance_schema , everyone says to change the configuration in my my.cnf , but i don't know how to do that here Can you help me ? im reading also on how to change my innodb_buffer_pool_size but also they say i have to do it on my my.cnf My project id 609b9ed1-9979-4090-ae31-9e0ccb219a7a
