Developer plan subscription

I am not able to create a developer plan subscription cause it already exists but it doesn't at the same time. Not sure what is happening here

What do you mean you aren't able to create one? What happens when you click the subscribe button?

Hmm, interesting. I guess we don't handle UI states that well if an invoice is unpaid even after retries. Could you DM me and I can send you the pending invoice? Also, quick question, what do you see when you click manage under payment method?
