Question about RAM

I have a quick question about this graph. I should only be allowed 512MB of Ram but this graph is showing I'm hitting 2GB? My apps seem to be running fine too so not sure what it means.

So for the starter tier (most likely going to upgrade, just doing some testing right now with the whole heroku switch) mean I get 512 per service?
