Crash while loading to join into the server

I'm trying to enter the server for the frist time and this message appears once the mods have been downloaded, after a while it crashes. Does anyone have the same issue or know how to fix it? Thanks

NEW PC HOW TO TRANSFER

Loaded up RSM on new PC didn't have any Cars, Tunes, etc. was told from Admin Robotic transferring can be done. i still have my old PC with everything still on RSM. if anyone knows of a guide that would be great. for now off to work have a great day

im driving like normal, the way i have been for over a year and 400smth hours, the last 3-4 days my fps has been dropping from 130-180 to 30-50 for no apparent reason, does anyone know anything about this?
