Not a glitch, it just how it was create tbh. I suggest messing around with all the clothing option
You can look through Shirt Overlays & Jackets as well
Making an MP Ped is a good idea too

is there no way to understand how to match them together
i did but i just dont understand how it makes sense
U can match the outfit using other option, but when it come to hand glitch, fix it by scrolling through hands/upper body category
