laggy gameplay

so when ever i run around my game lags slighty and when standing i get solid 180 at max and lowest, so when i drive i keep stuttering and sometimes even drop to sub 40fps which doesnt make sense because my specs are pretty decent, i lowest everything to lowest yet i still play on a slide show, is there any way someone could help me figure out why?

Can't connect to server

I am trying to connect to your RSM #1 server but its giving me an error saying "Disable your VPN/PROXY SERVER" but all my VPN'S are off and no proxy server is turned on. I don't know how to fix it. Pls help

Saved vehicles,outfits.

Hello, today I started FiveM to play some RSM but when I joined in I didint had any saved vehicles or outfits if there is any solution to it I would be thankful cause I had at least like 30+ vehicles saved. My account loaded normally with hours I played on the server but not with saved things.
