How long does it take vanilla GTA content to reach FiveM?

Hello, if any of you follow rockstar on social media, you'll know they've released a teaser image about a new jet that is coming to GTA. I'm interested to try it but would rather not risk it playing on PC given the state (or lack) of security. Vehicle mulitpliers not working

I have set my vehicle multipliers to 4x and checked both boxes to enable them, but there is no difference between having them turned on or off. any way to fix this?

Server not letting me in

I tried multiple times to connect with the server but its just not letting me in. And yes I have never played this server before, Iam a first timer and I haven't even know how it looks like coz Iam not able to connect.
