Would you mind posting the proof of you cancelling the subscription
cuz without them seeing proof of you cancelling the subscription, i dont know if they can do much on their end

id also recommend making a ticket within #tickets under miscellaneous so you can get IMMEDIATE staff support

also, @.thepancake id also say 100% get in contact with Tebex, as they are the provider for their store
dont think nex and them can do anything about tebex being stupid rn

it’s unfortunately from what i know of, tebex’s issue because if you DID cancel it, they messed up by not registering the cancellation, as i said just delete this post and make a support ticket, that way no one knows about it apart from staff members
