controller help!!!

Can anyone help me figure out how to switch the controls around? Currently my left joystick does everything. Gas, brakes, and steering. I’d like to set it up like a typical driving game for example left trigger brake, right is gas, and joystick is steering.

Drift Score Losses

Is there anything I can do about losing drift points? Grinding for Trendsetter but I can't keep losing 10m+ chains, and 300m+ total points due to someone else hitting light poles or f8 quitting and leaving their car in the middle of the street.

Delay

Hi. I have problem with server. Somehow i have alot of delay. When i use any car on server and press gas pedal he continue to giving gas and i cant stop.. When entering meet i want to park up, he goes in sircle and hit cars that parked next to my spot and i get kicked from party cuz they think im doing on purpose. So is there anything to fix this I did /preload and things like that not is helpful press "d" to go right he continue to go right or driving fowards on road and he turning right on its own...

I’ve been trying to get my friend into FiveM for a while, they finally got it and such, tried getting them onto RSM and they got rejected from joining cause of bad name?
