Delay
Hi. I have problem with server. Somehow i have alot of delay. When i use any car on server and press gas pedal he continue to giving gas and i cant stop.. When entering meet i want to park up, he goes in sircle and hit cars that parked next to my spot and i get kicked from party cuz they think im doing on purpose. So is there anything to fix this
I did /preload and things like that not is helpful
press "d" to go right he continue to go right or driving fowards on road and he turning right on its own

Might be an Internet connectivity related issue or a device performance issue.
If u also crash a lot with the "timeout" error, check your internet connectivity and consider using a VPN when connecting to the server.
If it's not the case, consider increasing the "Extended Texture Budget" option in the graphics settings and if you play from a low-end PC/laptop, consider reducing graphics settings from "Very High" to "High" or "Normal".
If this is happening only on server 1, try connecting to server 2 and see if it keeps happening.
