i have been falsely banned

today i tried to go play rsm freeroam after a long break and i saw that i have been banned, i dont know when i have been banned and for "cheating", i have almost only played the freeroam and i dont even know how/why to cheat in there and i have only been on the pvp side for like 10mins. I would be very glad to get unbanned.
