I wanted to know how to set up the party and how to stay in a room alone with friends without having other transparent players walking around the map

You can’t do that on this server.
This is a Sandbox / Chill server, not a “setup your own private lobby” server, which I don’t think even exist in FiveM
U can enter into lots of interior to avoid being interrupted by other.
Also, since u don't have supporter role, u can still create a private party with only 5 people
