Controller Not Working

Controller issues

challenges reset every time I join a server

Whenever I join a server, I get a whole new set of weekly challenges. Each server I join seems to have its own set, but whenever I disconnect and rejoin my progress in them is reset. Any explanation for this or any fixes?

ping issues

about 5 to 15 minutes into a game i start having really bad ping issues or connection issues that force me to leave the server cuz i cannot do anything

Make sure you have installed EAC

it has been installed ever since the game came out, and happens every time I launch the game. I can use the repair and install EAC option but it only works for the first game launch and if i close and reopen it says EAC isnt installed
