discordjsrest don't add the rest folder wen i install it what can i do ?

I want run discordjs/rest i install it with
npm install discord.js @discordjs/rest many times but the rest folder not com in the discordjs folderUnknown User•3y ago

I don't understand your issue exactly
Did you run
npm init first?
Do you have a node_modules at all?
It won't appear under discord.js in node modules, it'll be separateYes the Discord.js it’s also there not not the rest folders
Yes i have a ‘@discordjs’ folder but in there is no rest folder

You've really told us nothing about what your actual problem is
Have you tried importing it?
Like have you actually tried? It's installed as part of discord.js
where i can finde this

i have and its say its not install

okay youve somehow got a global install
please run
npm un @discordjs/rest -g then npm i @discordjs/restits say that and the problem is not solve
It still doesn't work no matter what I try
still the same as from the beginning
but it still doesn't work?
Why is everything globally installed
Why weren't you able to uninstall it
How can i fix it ?
