Billing emails from CloudFlare even after account deletion ticket number is 01488228.

I deleted my CloudFlare account before this, but I still have a community account and an email from CloudFlare billing me. (The billing amount is 0, so it's ok.) It's weird and I want to contact them, but my account has been deleted and I can't create a support ticket. What should I do? All you need is access to the CloudFlare support portal... Is there any way to do this? As it stands now, I can't even open a ticket with support. I have already posted this issue to the community. Hopefully the community will get a reply as well. Attached is the ticket number from a previous attempt to resolve a related issue. ticket number :01401997 Thank you Leo for your reply. Probably difficult... I'll wait until I get a reply anyway.

you can only interact with billing via a support ticket. you can make a new account to file one, and reference the old one from there

Understood. I will give it a try. A new account was created with the same email address and a new ticket was issued. Ticket number:01488228 Previously handled by Billing Specialist Bex R. I would appreciate it if you could share this information internally if possible. Thank you in advance for your cooperation.
