arc-gtk-theme wasn't found so install is loopingI restarted multiple times
But it still broke
Yeah to fix it you need to fork the cinnamon track
Or add the packages from it manually (and set your track to blendOS-base)
Then in either case just remove arc-gtk-theme
1. Will cinnamon still work without arc-gtk-theme?
2. How do I manually install it?
Yes it’s an optional theme

Solution
Edit cinnamon.yaml in your fork and remove arc-gtk-theme
Change your impl URL on the local system.yaml to point to your fork
