Typebot not registering results when using with WhatsApp Official API (v3.6.0)
Hi everyone,
I'm experiencing an issue when using Typebot (version 3.6.0) integrated with the official WhatsApp API.
For some reason, results are not being recorded — even though the flows work and the user can interact with the bot normally. I've tried multiple things to debug the issue but haven’t been able to figure out what’s causing it.
My questions are:
Should results be recorded normally when using Typebot with the official WhatsApp API?
If yes, what could be possible causes for results not being saved?
Any guidance or suggestions would be greatly appreciated.
