If you mean appealing the ban, then yes I tried but it was a different account and it was rejected because then the only evidence I had was a screenshot, and now the situation has happened again and the appeal is closed because it was cancelled, that's why I can't appeal again.
They don’t accept screenshot as evidence. Their reason of why they prefer video evidence over screenshots is because they don’t want to risk unbanning an exploiter that might so happen to use this overly excuse “I’ve been falsely ban by the anti-cheat” and slap a screenshot on there to get unbanned.
