i recently got suspended for absolutely nothing.

Ive been playing valorant for a very long time and my account got suspended, i started playing valorant after a break for like around a few months to a year and my peak highest rabk was diamond 2. Out of the blue i got banned and it says i broke the rules on their terms of service section 7. I submitted so many tickets and whenever i checked them they said send me my username, riot username and tagline (the hashtag line) but whenever i tried sending it, it said (ticket solved), idk whose this person thats like solving the tickets but this is so stupid for them to just solve it without even giving me proof of something i havent done. I have 2 accounts one is my main account and the other one is my alt account, i wouldnt say alt cause my brother uses it, but this is just a stupid suspension. Its a permanent suspension i dont understand why i even got it. I swear i have never hacked any game at all. Do you mind helping me out and supporting me on this issue cause why am i permanently banned/suspended for no reason at all?

i havent use any third party tools and i could share my screen and show you everything i have on my pc. I submitted a ticket multple times but i got the same response every single time for my username, riot username and tagline. I read the whole TOS and i havent done anything wrong not even smurfing. im just here to appeal my ban because i havent done anything wrong, ive gotten like suspended from comp for a bit like a week because i went afk due to emergency which isnt a big deal but im permanently suspended which is insane. i tried to make a new account but it says the van error code that this pc is banned which is hardware ban
