Monitor won‘t display anything under specific conditions on Bazzite GNOME

Specs: RX 6750XT, Ryzen 7500F, B650 Steel Legend Wifi <— I don‘t think it has to do with any of those but just in case If: -My PC just booted up -I haven‘t logged in yet -My Monitor has been turned off due to 5 minutes of inactivity (on the PC-side, not the monitor itself doing that) then, when I move around the mouse or hit keys on the keyboard to activate the monitor again, Bazzite apparently won‘t send any graphical output to my monitor anymore. only solution I‘ve found so far is a hard reset, which isn‘t really a solution at all.

huh. so I‘ve pressed the power button normally (which on my system is configured to shut off the system), and now my monitor gets input, but it‘s only a black screen and my mouse cursor. tty works. ran systemctl reboot. I can‘t tell if it‘s related, but interestingly, my GRUB screen now looks different (scaled smaller, with the boot entries in the top left) and I have 4 entries. yay.
