Buzz Rickson N-1 deck jacket for a good deal. Kinda iffy on the USN stencil
Thinking of picking up a Buzz Rickson N-1 Deck Jacket—great condition, fits me well (according to the measurements), and I could probably get it for around $100.
Only thing holding me back is the USN stencil -- is there a way to remove or fade it without damaging the jacket? Or should I just leave it as-is and risk people thinking I actually served?

I don't think anyone will think you served given that the jacket design is like ww2 era
That stencil is already very faded
