Oracle 19c db installation problem
Hello! I'd like to work on a project in phpstorm.
I've realized that I don't have the db installed.
Unfortunately, I got this problem. Docker has been uninstalled, I tried everything to fix the problem, but had no success.... any ideas?:)

I have googled this error message and it says:
INS-30014: Unable to check whether the location specified is on CFS
Cause: The location specified might not have the required permissions.

and maybe also use a better admin password
