Controller Issues with my zotac zone
I have some issues with my zotac zone with the controller. Perhaps someone can help me.
1. The back buttons (m1 und m2) dont work
2. The buttons on the front are reversed. The left button above shows the steam menu and the right button above bring me to the deck loader menu. This happened after an update 2 months ago.
What can i do?

Do you know how i can update the controller firmware? i think i know how it happens. After an update from bazzite, the controllers no longer worked at all. I therefore created a bug report here. And a colleague of yours had told me to reset the controller firmware. After that, the buttons were reversed.
How exactly does this work with the controllers? Can I read about this somewhere?
Perhaps I can help with the implementation of the problem.

You can only update the firmware in windows
No problem, I can update the firmware under Windows. Any tips on how I can do this
we do not have a zotac zone, which is why support for it is a bit basic
