Refined Power, fluctuating power?

Im trying to figure out why im getting fluctuating power? dips down to 800s and dips as high as 1300

What kind of machines are you using? IIRC (I haven't used RP in ages) generators have a spin up and spin down thing where if they aren't fed enough they'll start spinning down

@Borketh @SirDigby APPEARNTLY this shit just decided to stablize on me for some reason, no clue what was going on as I am using Hydro Power (boilers and generators)
