I got banned though I had no cheats on my PC or 3rd party softwares
I was hardware banned (VAN-152) but I didn't cheat or use any 3rd party software. I was smurfing with my low ranked friend but I don't think I can get banned for smurfing, I tried making tickets on the Riot Support website but I always get the 404 screen and my ticket doesn't show up on the tickets tab, please help me my riot ID is : daniel scisor#cutie
