My Valorant account was hacked and banned
Hello, I’m Ali :) !
I just found out my account was banned for third-party software, and I honestly don’t understand why. I’ve never cheated or used any external tools, I respect the game way too much for that.
I hadn’t been active lately since I was busy editing on After Effects, and when I logged in after midnight to play a few games and saw my account was suspended, it caught me completely off guard.
I’ve never shared my account. I once mentioned my sister and a friend played on it, but only while I was there watching them, on my own PC.
Recently, some friends told me they saw me online when I wasn’t, which made me think someone else might have accessed my account. I’ve already started changing all my passwords to be safe.
I’ve been playing for years, reached level 601 through pure effort, and I’ve spent more than 2000€ in the store, and I’ve always just wanted to enjoy the game with my friends. If there’s any doubt, I’m just asking for one more chance to prove I’m not a cheater, even if it means a reduced penalty. I’d never risk everything I’ve built.

I sent a ticket, but my tickets keeps getting answered by blitzcrank bot and I get no informations about my case, no answer :/

No, I never cheated anywhere
I’m only playing valorant, elden ring, lethal company, repo, and bomb rush cyberfunk
I don’t tolerate the fact of cheating in any competitive games, that’s useless

I think I sent 3 tickets to try to get my account back, but I don’t think I gave enough informations since they didn’t answer it :c I know I did nothing since I wasn’t on the game but yeah, that’s hard to prove T-T

is this the only machine you've used to play valorant?
I used my ex boyfriend’s computer when I was in Belgium to play on it and I know I did it a lot, and when I was in Germany I used it too, but my sister was playing also from my computer so yeah, that’s all, if you see any other connection please I beg you to block them, as I said in my text, my friends told me they saw me online when I wasn’t even home, so I changed my password a lot of times but I believe I got hacked or my email got hacked, I don’t really know to be honest

hmm most likely you played on a machine that had cheats installed
it was probably the most recent session, which Im guessing wasn't on your own machine
you might need to reach out to player support to get help for this, it's above my paygrade to untangle this
I wasn’t playing on any other machine, so that wasn’t me, I’m still located in Le Puy En Velay in France (in the south of France) and I didn’t move from my house or played on other devices

And I know I did nothing but when I try to send any tickets, they send me this text
probably someone else stole your account to cheat then, in that case you'd want to mention that to player support and see if they can help
I sent them the exact same text, but they didn’t reply and my 3 tickets were changed from « opened » to « resolved », I don’t really know what to say in my tickets anymore, and I don’t want to spam or get blacklisted :/
