What does this do on self host?
I'm using docker to self host and it has this option but I'm not entirely sure what this is for, can someone explain? Also can we use itif we have multi workspace enabled?

And is there any way we can impersonate as a user in another workspace ?
Allow support team access means this user can be impersonated. Impersonation can be done from the settings page, admin panel section. But the user needs to have the field "canImpersonate" set to true in the DB
and this is not related to multi workspace
