Volume control issues after upgrading to F42

I am running KDE variant of Bazzite on my desktop. I have a headaphone amp connected to the audio out port on the montherboard, and headphones connected to the amp. Before F42 upgrade everything was working perfectly, and the loudness changed smoothly, with the comfortable level being somewhere in 2% value. After the upgrade, the volume jumps from silent at 0% to full loudness at 10%, with no difference between 10 and 100%. This happens with volume adjustment both on the keyboard volume knob, and via Sounds panel in System settings. For now, I've mitigated the problem by lowering the volume on the amp, but it would be nice if there was a way to fix this.
