the game closes itself without any notification mid game pls help

its been 3 days
last time it said Out of video memory

then I think its your gpu and not the game
it gets fix after this long process but becomes again back to old
its gt 710

any way to fix ?
ik i prob should disable it
try closing every other app before launching val
and after this sometime riot client wont open
just riot app in taskbar
and cuz of this i get many hr bans T_T
