Valorant Not Enough Storage Issue
So about today i decided to come back to valorant to throw some matches with my friends and i tried updating the game and it keeps giving me this not enough storage error.
After that i tried to clean up both of my drives D and F and they both had perfectly more than enough storage beforehand D drive had 200 GB and F had 360 GB. Tried again and yet again same issue.
After that i tried moving the game to my F drive and i did and yet again i get not enough storage aswell as tried cutting programdata Riot Games folder to my other drive and nothing, during the installation i kept close watch on my c drive riot games folder and thare was no changes to its size or anything.
This is the issue i encountered now after the latest patch before i had no issues with the installation or updating, the only last thing that i can think of to do now is to reinstall but im afraid its gonna slam me again with not enough disk space ahh error.

My c drive is very low tho but the game isn't supposed to be on a c drive
Even before it was low on gb
And I had no issues updating game
Even if I came back 3 months after
The game is now on my F drive which has 350 gb of space
its probably downloading onto C before moving to other drives, but i'm not 100% how the client downloads work
The game isn't supposed to do that
Unless I installed the game on my c drive in the first place
Even the client is on my HDD
it might be downloading into a temp folder before final setup is what i'm saying
Yet as I mentioned I monitored the folders it would could be downloading into
Nothing
It goes up to 40% and slaps me with an error every time
Yet folders stay the same size during that time
I asked, it puts it into a temp folder on the C drive first
i was right in my assumption
it should download straight to where its installing
but unfortunately it doesn't

When you update nor install it
Just free up some space on C and you’re good to go

My c drive is 120 gb
I have nothing on thare
Except windows
Windows ain't taking 120 gigs of storage
ts so annoying bro i have only windows and valorant here, nothing in downloads videos etc or any softwares. only thing in c drive exceot valorant and windows are temp files etc that i never get a choice for 120 is so little 😭
Not a bug, but definitely not a great design
i guess im not coming back to the game for another few months or unless this is fixed like its really not a great thing
