I have windows 11 and they are asking me to play with the tpm2.0 chip which I don't have😭

Type msinfo32
Show ss
Have you checked in bios if you have the TPM option?
Just to confirm, enter bios and show pic with your phone
Open bios and then to "Peripherals" and then in TPM configuration enable and save settings

If you do not have tpm 2.0 you’ll just have to downgrade to windows 10
