2 different people that loaded into a game, the game crashed, and now they both can't get in
Hi, I'm wondering if there's anyone who knows what this bug is. My 2 friends were queuing together, they loaded into a Lotus competitive game, their teammate was afk so they remaked. After that they're both stuck on the Lotus competitive loading screen. They have both tried closing the game and opening the game again, there is the classic loading screen and then they're still stuck in the competitive loading screen. They have tried restarting their computers. As their friend in Valorant, I can see they're in a game of 0-0 right now. Any ideas??

Ask them to repair the game files
how do you go about that?
do they just delete the game and reinstall? will the game not fix itself
From what I know, they can log into other valorant accounts on the same computer and the game runs as normal, it is only the accounts that were in that competitive game
