Are your nameservers still pointing to CloudFlare? Share your domain name here

if the dashboard does actually say you have the A/CNAME records then it's an issue on cloudlflare's part i couldn't find any record of any sort on that domain

The domain is marked as serverHold, which means there are issues with your domain name. Your registrar (https://cosmotown.com) should be able to tell you what is going on exactly. Unless the issue is is resolved DNS will not be available. This is not a Cloudflare issue.

Seeing it's a new domain. There is a great chance you missed the e-mail validation e-mail or it ended up in your spamfolder. That would be my guess. Try to look for a e-mail validation e-mail from ICANN or which mentions ICANN. It might come from cosmotown or some more generic looking domain. If that's not it you will have to wait for your registrar to find out what's happening unfortunately. Keep in mind that you can also register domain names directly with Cloudflare in the future!

Can spamhaus be the reason for it?
SuperHelpflare
Your domain is suspended by your registry. Your domain has the serverHold status applied which makes your domain unavailable. To resolve this, please contact your registry. The registry is the operator of the top-level-domain (eg. .com) You can find the responsible registry on this page: https://www.icann.org/resources/pages/listing-2012-02-25-en
