Personal Information Request
Hi guys, I opened a support request for personal data that had to wait 30 days, today on the 23rd day I checked my email, and the support is marked as resolved, I didn't change the password, I didn't change the email, I didn't do anything and I didn't receive the answer but for some reason it was marked as resolved, I would like to know if they will still respond anyway? And if it was a team error or is it just like that? (The image is in portuguese)

No, it's from Riot's own support, but forget it, I already solved the problem, I just wasn't seeing it properly
just need to learn how to read a json archieve now
don't worry it says solved, you'll get an email after a month or a 2-3 days longer than that
