Falsely banned ( my last hope )
Hey i was playing on my main account with a friend my last game was a competitive game when i finished it i got error message val 5 telling me that violated the rules section 7 i press quit and i got banned for using third party software for booting and scripting and i am 100% sure that i am innocent and i didn’t use any cheats i tried to contact the support about my account but i cannot sumbit ticket because the Theres automated review this account will remain permanently suspended i said its okay i opened new account i played until i reached lvl 18 and i got the same error and the same ban (the second ban is hwid ban ) so i flashed my bios spoofed my pc reinstall windows opened new account played on the new account until i reach lvl 6 and i got banned in the same way however i will never forget if anyone could help me in this situation because i got banned for absolutely nothing

Side note: he did actually reset the whole pc and reinstalled the game fully, made more than 5 accounts and he still gets banned for val 5 error, a lot of users have reported the same issue and getting false banned, put in mind that every software including mouse drivers and other pc drivers were already uninstalled from the system before making a new account, however it still tells that there's a software after resetting the whole windows
He does not have access to make any tickets in the riot games support, whenever he makes a ticket it gets closed for absolutely no reason by "some admin or whatever" after telling him to wait for 3 days
idk i got the same problem there are some weird ban wave so prob we just have to create tickets (not spam them) and we should be good to go i personally think bots are closing the tickets because the are so many tickets to work on so, fingers crossed we will get our accounts unbanned
Same here I don't know what's going on I've played Valo for 3 years + no problem and I've never cheated this has never happened before
Maybe its a vanguard issue of sorts?
i think they have updated the vanguard and the code that vanguard detects as a cheat is a normal app
i got banned while having discord medal appcentre and process laso opened

same problem here, never cheated i believe vanguard flagged the wrong file on my pc i had some hope yesterday as in the email i got a real agent that was going to help me in my case and then after sending in all my logs and info i just got the same automated message saying "bla bla bla this is our final decision" and also getting turned down by 2 devs on this discord because of my problem. at this point it's ggs.

And never got banned until now
So yes he did use it in valorant for a year or even more without getting banned until now 🔥

Evertime i open a ticket a bot send me a automatic message and after 2 days the ticket is closed automatically
So nothing helps
