Which of these mods may be disabling TNT duper?

Hello, I've recently started a paid host server (for the first time) for people in our grade/school, and everything's been great (as we used to use aternos with 400 ping). After transferring all files and mods to Apex Hosting FTP, I decided to add a few mods, and after doing so my TNT duper was broken https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=6xe4I4EqnFw the duper is the one used in Ianx04's tree farm Thanks in advance!
