Van: Restriction: 1 Only on my main account Have tried everything to fix it nothing will work!
Getting this Van: Restriction: 1 error ive seen nobody else with this error. I have made like 20 tickets tried every fix possible just to get told I need to turn my secure boot on when that is not the case. I have all requirements met Secure boot UEFI mode ON, Tpm 2.0 on and ready for use, VBS Enabled, Bios has been at its latest version and I have even flashed it. I am on windows 11 with uefi boot only csm off.. I have tried resinstalling all of the above bios, win 11, win 10, flashing bios, resetting secure boot/tpm 2.0, UEFI mode, resetting secure boot keys NOTHING WILL FIX THIS ACCOUNT! I have uninstalled vanguard/valorant many times, done bcd commands given by riot support etc. Nothing is able to fix this account. then I can log on to any other account or game and have no issues with any anti cheat or vanguard and get 0 errors and everything works just fine. I have played valorant on this pc for years with no restriction error for a long time and have had 0 problems playing valorant on this account about a little over a week ago I randomly started getting this restriction on this account like it randomly broke. Every time I try to make a ticket I get told to turn on my secure boot/update bios when clearly everything is on and working as it should as this account is the only thing giving me a problem and I cannot get a hold of anybody to help me fix this so I have come here in hopes someone will see this. Yes I tried resetting secure boot keys. and yes my valorant is installed on my SSD
update your bios it should fix It
Bios has been updated and already was on latest version even tried flashing it again.
have you checked if the account works on a different pc?
it should have the same restriction there so if it works somewhere else it should probably be fixable.
No thats the only thing I havent tried. My account works on league which literally uses the same anti cheat is so bizarre. and can play valorant on any other account no issues and get no issues with any other anti cheat or game.
and am not banned have made sure in tickets
restrictions are purely account and game based so league prob doesn't have the requirement

yeah basically keep getting trouble shoots until we run out of options then get told its continuing to detect suspicious activity or unauthorized configurations that are interfering with your computer and preventing the device to be fully compatible with the game then they close out the ticket
I have made sure of no other software interfere by disabling all other services as well still got error message
