My laptop is stuck at warning screen no matter how many times I click 'i understand' it doesn't work

I have spammed I understand button but it doesn't work
I'm gonna crash out I've been suffering from this for 30 mins
Close it
Open it in windowed mode
By pressing F11 when the loading screen first appears

I’m guessing F11 didn’t work for you
Relaunch the game and press alt+enter when you’re in the loading screen
