Valorant not installing and riot client stuck not launching either.

When i try to install valorant this is the error message it gives me. And this is also what happens when i try to open riot games., it just stays stuck in that riot games logo screen . Ive tried literally everything, like restarting, deleting and reinstalling, updating windows, disabling Vpns, making a firewall exception, you get the point ive tried everything and nothing has fixed this issue, ive opened a ticket on valorant support and been talking back and forth for the last 2 weeks and the problem still hasnt fixed, it seems like not many people have this issue, so if anyone has had this issue before, i would appreciate the help.

Are you using any VPN?

No i am not but i have a vpn installed but i dont use it

Try connect the vpn and try to install and check

try this

Open settings by Pressing Win + i

> Search for "random hardware address" 

Turn it on

Go to network settings

Select your wifi \ ethernet Properties

Set it to private

Turn off metered connection

Set random hardware access in that to change daily .

you can also try this :
open command prompt as administrator and type these commands in order.

Yep still not working Idk if it’s a internet issue It could be but this didn’t work unfortunately

Try using a different network If it doesn’t work try reinstalling the client

Nope that didn’t work either I don’t think I was clear before my bad the only reason I was able to install thr client was because I downloaded Valorant from epic games that was the only way but ofc when I try open the client it just stays stuck but when I try install it from the normal way Through the Valorant website and I try run the Valorant installer that’s the error I get the Unable install Valorant error message so idk if it’s a network error or not I just tried using a different network Still nothing Do you have any more ideas ????
