Bazzite won’t install/stops installing on a fresh PC (no windows)
As title says, I just built my first PC! (It turns on, goes to BIOS, very cool!) What’s not cool is the bazzite installer telling me I don’t have room on my SSD to install, gives me a prompt to delete or make room, and when I begin installation, it just stops installing at a fifth of the bar after a few minutes.
I’m not sure what I’m doing wrong? Can anyone give some pointers? Do I just need to be patient and let the installer do its thing?
(Pc is all AMD, 7700x and a 7700 XT gpu).

can you give some screenshot of the error
It shows me this first screen. Then once I click done it shows me the second screen

It says I can reclaim space and delete all, which i select and it lets me get to installing, but then the bar stops moving up after a while
@asen23
so just to confirm you are wiping everything in the disk right
I don’t have anything on that disk, so wiping it isn’t a problem. It just got built last night. 😄
when you press reclaim space what does it shows
Shows this. I can click delete all, and I can press the install button.

It’ll start installing and then just stop
okay so you picked delete all
how long did you wait?
the installer is kinda slow compared to other os
Gotcha. I’ll test it again, and will wait longer. I don’t think I gave it enough time.
depending on you usb speed it can be up to an hour (on usb 2)
it should be like 10-20 min on usb 3
Sounds good! Could be I just put it in the wrong port
