Cannot add new punycode domains for Greek characters
Hi,
in the Greek language, domain names can include accented characters. When registering a Greek domain with such characters, both the accented and unaccented versions are treated as a single entity. For example, registering παράδειγμα.gr automatically includes παραδειγμα.gr. These map to:
παράδειγμα.gr → xn--hxajbheg2az3al.gr
παραδειγμα.gr → xn--mxaaaheg2az3al.gr
Despite having different punycode representations, they are considered one domain at the registry level and share the same nameservers. You can’t assign separate nameservers to each variant.
However, Cloudflare sometimes treats them as separate domains during setup, generating two different nameserver assignments. This creates a conflict: the Greek domain registry only allows a single set of nameservers, making it impossible to complete setup for both punycode variants independently.
How do we handle this? Can I request different nameserver assignments for one domain until they match somehow?
Thanks in advance

I'm not sure the client would be interested in upgrading to business plan for just opening a ticket which may or may not get resolved that's why I asked here first hehe 🙂
When I was trying to open up the ticket with the details, it only gave me the option to upgrade to business, pro was greyed out for some reason
Oh OK let me retry that then
Under account there's no option for that, just under Technical - Website -> Adding a website but I opened it up under Account through adding products and services
I guess it's similar in a sense 🙂
Closest I could find

Let's see how it goes
