specifically looking to hear from @artvandelayimporting, @zeometer and @Shrimp my Ride if and whenever you folks have the time!
Half windsor
I think
I go around twice up the back and then through the second loop
Whatever that’s called
Kelvin or Four in Hand
four in hand is all u need
the rest are pranks more or less
I have a friend obsessed with the Eldridge and mercifully, it’s his worst character trait
thanks guys!!
I think it can depend a little on collar and tie. Skinny knot with wide spread can look weird. But mostly 4 in hand is good enough.
i do feel like levi could in theory harness one of the meme ones in a cool subversive way
eldredge knot, shirt untucked with jorts
you see the lines
Plain knot (four-in-hand) is the only tie knot I use. I'm avoiding the temptation to say something snobby here🤣
Simple/four. The rest are nonsense and only for when you are a groomsman and the groom insistseveryone has a Windsor or something
I do a four in hand bc that‘s all I know how to do:gigachad:
learning the trinity to lose fit battle round one thanks guys
I finally need to learn how to do a Winsor, I like the symmetry of that one a lot (also it‘s the one my dad uses)
i share the opinion i love the triangular look.
Actually going to learn a 4inhand and half windsor and the rest can come later if i care enough
4 in hand is super easy to learn, you‘ll probably have it figured out in like 20 minutes
Excited to see what you‘ll do with it!
I will be spamming mid art clones when i’m taking breaks from jort fits
It's an aside, although you improve with practice, tie knots are like hair days... you have good ones and bad ones
Yeah def trying not to expect too much from myself but excited to finally do something with my goodwill ties
Yeah guys I definitely just use four in hand :monkaS:
Four in hand is the way
Spread collar : half Windsor
Point : 4 in hand
All depends on how thicc your collar and tie are tho
Only people making strict hard rules are ask Andy types and you don’t want to be that, I don’t think
half-windsor or four in hand
i have a 4" tie that i'll use a full windsor on if the collar is big enough (j.press flap pocket usually)
