NVIDIA LATENCY REFLEX
basically my Nvidia latency reflex option is gone. I can't play without that option. Does anyone know how to get it back?

Try reinstalling your gpu drivers

Did you reinstall from the app
Or did you delete everything manually
reinstall from the alp
Press windows key
Type installed apps and open it
From there delete Everything related to nvidia
Then
https://www.nvidia.com/en-us/drivers/
go here^ and in the manual search,
Enter your EXACT GPU MODEL and download the “Game Ready driver”

delete from control panel?
I'm uninstalling only Nvidia graphics driver from control panel is that okay?
or should I uninstall everything Nvidia program related?
Everything that is related to nvidia
Including the control panel
You can reinstall the control panel from Microsoft store

it's probably a issue on riot's end so you just have to wait for an update
there's a setting similar to nvidia reflex in your nvidia control panel iirc
it's on ultra
