ALPH-1 keeps giving automated response then "Solving" my account recovery ticket and I can no longer add anything to the ticket???

I didn't spam it, I opened an account recovery ticket after being inactive from the gaming scene for a while, after 2 days I got ALPH-1 response which then closed the ticket, just incase I waited an additional 4 days which to no surprise didn't get a response, opened 1 more but this time while signed into a new riot account, someone responded, hours later ALPH-1 "auto-solved" the ticket yet again.

Yep, some things I don't know because 1. they changed the email on the account (obviously) and 2. they have changed the riot id because I tried pulling up my profile on stats-tracker and can't find myself. so it's saying I don't have enough to auto-recover
You need to provide the email that the account was first created with
I believe I provided it with it, I can't find the creation email, but I have emails dating back to 2021 and no (email-change) email from riot back then so I assume it's the one I made it with

Boosting someone is not bannable if:
1- the alt account is yours
2. you didn't lose on purpose to stay in their rank or drop to it.
3. you didn't play on their account to boost them

only reason I think they would allow it is identifying whether it's just a friend or someone who bought third party services would just be a mess.
and it's just a non issue in general all they can really do is ban the booster
even if they do ban the person getting boosted I doubt it's common or consistent whatsoever.

I don't work at riot I have no idea but my guess is just like I said they banned the main issues already like dropping accounts or buying accounts the person getting boosted isn't breaking a single rule in the game.
if you get boosted by someone using cheats which is in the rules ofc you get banned too
all im saying is its just illogical and not enough of an issue or too hard of an issue to fix.

even here man only thing they specifically mentioned is something you get actual bans for playing on their account yes I know they said or otherwise but even you know that doesn't really mean they will ban you for getting boosted, just use common sense why would they ban for something this minor that can lead to false positives.

do you know how badly apparent you have to make it to get banned for that? it's against the rules shouldn't they spend more time on banning people for it? maybe.. just maybe it's because it's something thats just not worth it? they only ban for it if you have a really really obvious case of it. getting boosted is the same issue it's not really a yes or no question of is the person getting boosted by wrong means, what if a person is just playing with their friend whose on their alt on which they didn't drop their rank or anything. (that alone is a whole different thing to worry about lmao) Idk if you're trolling but you're not getting banned for getting boosted bro.

Take it easy, first of all you affirmed that its not bannable, now you are saying that it is difficult for Riot to be sure and then ban the account, this is a bit contradictory. It's not because it's more complicated to have concrete evidence that they allow it.
Whether a person wants to receive a boost or not, they will be harming everyone's game while and after receiving the service.
and common sense, if you don't allow the sale of something, you shouldn't allow the purchase of it, which would only engage suppliers to continue doing what they shouldn't
You're right thats my fault I would call anything they dont consistently ban for not bannable. anyway i keep having to repeat the same thing they just cannot verify it to an extent they would regularly ban people for it. eitherway instead of jjust repeating the same thing to each other i guess just take it as an opinion and we can keep ours.
