What's "insanely high" and where are you from.
out of nowhere my ping goes up to like 700+ and vietnam
then also a few months ago my ping went from a stable 28-33 on singapore and 35-37 on hk to 55 on sg and 75+ on hk i have no idea why

If your router and pc supports 5g wifi try that.
i do use 5ghz wifi
Open command prompt
Write "ipconfig"
look for default gateway
copy the number
now write "ping (default gateway) -n 100 -l 50"
it says value must be suplied
for option-l59

damn this was no an issue before thats sad and also do u have any idea why my sg ping went from 30 to 50 and hk from 35 to 75
if its consistent then its because your isp changed the path your data takes to valorant servers
(or also called routing)
would talking to the isp about this help?

Also it being an issue now could be a lot of reasons, the router is having issues
your wifi adapter is having issues. or there's too many 5g networks causing congestion

I had the same problem long time, solution was changing from WiFi to cable. I have a WLAN amplifier hanging at my place where I have connected my LAN cable (which is connected directly to the socket under the PC to reduce the amount of cable). By the way, you can keep your cat away from cables with scented sprays/essential oils.
