You need to switch to Firmware TPM

Restart your pc and spam F2 key to enter bios
And use your phone to text here
Oke
Once you’re in bios
Show pic

Open advanced tab
Show pic

Click on device select
And show options
Last 1

Leave it on 2.0
Go to “advanced tab”
You’re in trusted computing

Open cpu config

Where’s the ftpm :val_SusgeNoted:
Open advanced > chipset
Show pic
It isin't there either
Show pic anyways

Go back here
Select TPM 2.0 UEFI specs
Show ss of the options

Leave it as it is
Open security tab rq

Alright exit bios
@Jidat how they switch to ftpm
Couldn’t find the option here :val_HelloBro:
We can try sum
Go back to bios
Trusted computing
Disable security device support
Save and exit
And enter bios again
Then check security tab

Did you disable that and save and exit
Yes
Open advanced tab again rq

:Killjoy_Think:

Intel PTT should show up in security tab:val_SusgeNoted:
im lost too, wish i could help
Alright exit bios for now
We’ll wait for jidat
Okay ty tho i really appreciate
😭😭😭
It used to work
They recently implemented this rule
Dtpm are no longer usable
I play val for like 3 years and everything was great but it sudden stopped working
good for us
less people using spoofer
Haha
Gamerdoc said cheaters can just swap out dtpm, hence it’s no longer usable
do you know the diff of them:
f and d
Ftpm is inbuilt in cpu
Dtpm is additional chip
You can install
If banned they can just buy new and replace it
☠️
That would be a commitment for just a game haha
Just looked up its costs around $10-$20
Update to the latest BIOS (yours is from Sept 2022 may not expose PTT yet) @JustKiki
ASRock sometimes hides PTT under:
Advanced > CPU Configuration
Advanced > Chipset Configuration
or as a toggle under "Security Device Support" after clearing the discrete TPM.
It's the only bios version I have
dm me @JustKiki
Can't we chat here?
sure send me ur riotid
You mean my gamer tag?
Yes
Okay it's BackShotDemon#187
☠️
Girl
It's really good
There’s just 1 bios version but site shows 2023
The problem is it's supposed to be the same version
I googled it as well
i removed it
u can play now
enjoy
:val_HelloBro:
Okay thank you I will try it now
but i recommend fixing this and try get ur bios updated so u can enable ftpm
so u dont have to be bothered by this again
Okay, online it says that this is the only version or at least the newest version
Also in bios it says that is the only one
It is the only version but date mismatch
Try to update with it anyways
Same :(

Just try restarting your pc once
Okay

This is the file that is in the zip, it also shows the date of 2022, I can still try it, but will not succeed because it is simply the same version.
Same as your current bios version
Yup
I restart now with Parameter "Shutdown -g -t 0" its reload the .dll
dont
i can see its fixed @JustKiki
u shouldent get it?
goat
maybe was bad luck
when u got the box
jup it works now ty
Show the main page of security
This is the main board of security
Oh i'm blind
Don't worry haha
Hm u might have to physically remove the TPM chip from ur motherboard
Then u should get the option to enable PTT
Oh okay well I don't know if I want to do that bc I really have no clue about what to do haha
Also why are u looking for ftpm with an intel cpu :val_CatBigStare:
Or lets try something else first
Change security device support to disabled
Could you give me the instructions bc I need to wake up early for work tmw and its already late.
I did that as well
After disabling it, save and exit the bios
I did that
Then get back in the bios
Then go to security page
Look if something called intel platform trust technology shows up in the security tab
I did that
ughh
Yea u will prob have to take out the DTPM chip then
Okay I'll ask my friend i think he knows how to do that
But thank you for your help. Right now I have a temporary solution from itsGamerDoc.
What motherboard model do u have btw
That's kind of the issue I can't see it 😪
The fact that it says M.2 TPM for baseboard product makes me think that u cannot take out the TPM chip
It's a pre-build pc from Amazon so that might be the problem haha
JustKiki: you can download cpu-z - and or hwmonitor, it will show you what motherboard you have and other relevant details about your hardware
Okayyy I'll do that tmw! Thank you
Make ur own post please
Ok
I'll text you tmw I really appreciate all the help
your welcome, its a good tool never the less.
some OC
Some OC'ers use it for benchmarking - to see how far they can push their PC before it breaks down
