Unfair ban
Today when I logged into the game I saw the ban for the well known reason “BCRE/49”, of course I went to file an appeal first thing, but it was rejected, saying that this is not considered an appeal. But then what's the point? If Im filing an appeal where I can't even attach a video. About the video, if I knew that this would happen to me someday in 2 years of playing this game, I would record my gameplay, but from the video I only have where I do a superjump and thats it, I dont think thats enough for prufes and unban. Now about that ‘anticheat’, I dont understand why moderators dont do their job and adequately deal with appeals? Why is it that if they see the reason for the ban right away, they wont even consider the appeal? If they trust the anticheat so much, then let them make it work properly first. It's not my fault that the anticheat shows up when a person picked you up and made a superjump, or when you jumped on a person's head and he went, or when you jumped on an airdrop. It could be listed for a long time. In conclusion, I spent 2 years on this game, with 200+ lvl, apparently only to get banned one day for nothing, even when I would be offline.

Thank God Im not the only one, like what's their logic? When you file an appeal, it shows how old your account is, mine is 6, and do they really think that with a donation skin and a fairly old account, I will use cheats or scripts? I understand that there are people who even use cheats with donated skins, but then let their anticheat work well or the moderators😬

for those of you that have been banned, theres a game called “BALTHAZAR” thats actually pretty good, its like cw but without the horrendous anticheat and mod team
everyone that appealed due to this reason recieved this exact message, showing that they dont even try to help you, its either a bot automatically denying these appeals or the mods are just copy and pasting this
to back this up, heres what i got back when i appealed

They will not unban anyone who got falsely banned from the anti-cheat. This has been stated by higher and lower rank moderators.

False bans are not common to see them being lifted but unfortunately any anti-cheat false bans on your account will continue stay (from one of the mods said) find it a “lie” from most similar reports to this and will only rely on video evidence to prevent other users who could use this excuse to abuse their way out of intentional bans.
